Anne Wetzell Armstrong was born in Grand Rapids, MI in 1872, and with her family moved to Knoxville, Tenn., probably in the 1880s. She died in 1958 in Abingdon, VA. Armstrong was a businesswoman and writer who wrote both fiction and non-fiction. Published fiction includes 2 novels: "Seas of God" and "This Day and Time." From the description of Anne W.
